In 2020, AIG Canada reported gross premiums of $1.35 billion, assets of $4.66 billion, and a policyholder surplus of $765 million. AIG Canada handled approximately 16,000 claims and incurred gross claims and adjustment expenses of $682 million in 2020. With its headquarters in Toronto, AIG Canada has branches in Vancouver and Montreal its 369 staff members served approximately 19,000 policyholders in 2020.
