Amber MIC

MIC, short for Mortaace Investment Corporation, is a Canadian chartered financial institution established in 1973 under section 130.1 of the Income Tax Act. MIC pools investors' funds and invests them in a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial property loans. Investors invest through the purchase of preferred shares of Amboy MIC. The MIC makes loans to borrowers who have a need for credit and use their properties as collateral. AmberMIC collects principal and interest from the borrower and returns 100% of the net proceeds to the investor after deducting fees. AmberMIC has no retained earnings. All net earnings of AmberMIC are distributed to shareholders on a quarterly basis. Investors can choose to withdraw their quarterly earnings in cash or continue to invest the earnings to achieve higher returns. All loan collateral is held in the name of AmberMIC.

AmberMIC is exempt from corporate income tax under the tax laws. All net proceeds are distributed to investors, who are required to report dividend income as interest income for tax purposes.

· With most Anpo clients having home loan rates between 9% and 12%, our goal is to generate an average return to our investors of over 8% after costs.

· Maximized returns: As part of our business model, Ampo MIC will distribute all net income to investors and expects to do so every quarter.

· Secure and stable: Each loan is secured by a Canadian property, primarily: a highly liquid property located in a central city hotspot, and the borrower must have a clear and viable exit plan to guarantee the source of repayment funds.

· High transparency: Ample MIC ensures that investors are regularly informed of the status of their investments. Dividends and investment reports are published on a quarterly basis. Audited financial reports are available to investors on an annual basis.

· Ongoing cash flow: quarterly dividend payments, stable, regular and legal source of Canadian income.

· Non-Canadian residents can invest: Both Canadian and non-Canadian companies and residents can invest.

· Registered accounts can also invest: Both RRSP/TFSA can invest

· High efficiency: Banks are slow in approving loans, making it difficult to meet borrowers' short-term bridging lending needs, while Anpo MIC focuses on short-term property and project loans, with systematic and efficient decision-making capabilities, helping borrowers to obtain timely payments.

· Humanization: Banks have rigid regulations and strict requirements for local income, so many high net worth overseas Chinese who do not have local income or credit history find it difficult to get loans from banks. Therefore, it is difficult for many HNWI overseas Chinese without local income or lack of credit history to obtain a loan from a bank.

· Diversification: Banks have more restrictions on certain types of housing and financing types, such as second mortgages, recreational land, construction land, unexplored land and construction sites. Ample MIC is involved in more diversified loans to fill the market gap of certain loan types.
